To cancel your order you may not able to do it from your account and you need to write a email within 12 hours upon placing, for any reason. We will not entertain any cancellations beyond this time line.
We will not entertain any returns once the order has been dispatched.
No exchange or replacement once it get dispatched
If the item has come to you damaged in transit, please inform us, in writing, within 12 hours of receiving the product. A clear photograph of the damaged piece should accompany the request. Our Customer Care team will look into your case and the balance amounts to be refunded shall be at our discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition (apart from the damage that occurred in transit) and packaging.
